After roaming across Asia in search of quality gems, it has taken me to my usual encounter at the local Hong Kong International Film Festival, the lavish opening and closing of Beijing International Film Festival, then continuing north with Jeonju International Film Festival, before heading to Busan International Film Festival and finally the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival. Its been a long journey as well as many other cinematic Asian releases that Hong Kong cinemas has to offer. Below is a list of recommended films in 2013 Asian cinema in no particular order. And yes, I do watch a lot of movies.
