It’s great to see Hugh Grant returns to his former self and form in the latest semi Rom-com about an Oscar winning screenwriter struggling to recapture his former glories. The film is a little about life, love, hope and second chances. It is simply in its execution and lovely in its interactions. Marisa Tomei is brilliant as single mother believing in second chances in life where hard work can get her somewhere eventually. The two shares a lovely and sweet chemistry that drives the film forward. JK Simmons chews scenery as the guy living with 4 women under the same roof. Decent little film with a few touching moments.
